Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The company has established an independent quality management and technical support department, which is staffed with professional quality inspection engineers, mold technicians and incoming material inspectors. The department is responsible for raw material inspection, production process inspection, finished product inspection, new product sample testing, and product standard formulation. For the EVA children's tablet protective case, key control focuses on material environmental friendliness and shell forming accuracy. The production process is continuously optimized to ensure stable product compliance.

1. Incoming Material Quality Control: Inspection of EVA raw materials, carton accessories, plastic parts, and packaging materials upon entry to the factory;
2. Process In-Process Quality Control: Random inspection during the production and assembly processes;

4. Finished Product Quality Control: Comprehensive inspection of appearance defects, color differences, and strength;
